Breastfeeding. “I lost most of my weight from breastfeeding and I encourage women to do it; it is just so good for the baby and good for yourself. “I counted calories. I worked out maybe three to four times a week. I did a lot walking in the beginning and now I am running. But I had to work my way up. I couldn’t just go right from being pregnant to run.”

I’ve heard women swear by breastfeeding and others claim it’s a LIE. But Beyonce herself admitted to watching her diet and exercising in addition to breastfeeding, and I bet that’s the trick! Beyonce also said she pampered herself a little bit before giving birth. So true (and a great strategy, to me!)
